Looking back, what are the most notable changes you have felt in you if you were to compare yourself now with how you were in Alam Shah?
Physical…from <40kg to 77kg… was not easy to gain even 5 kg while in SAS…
Any advice for your peers in this group?
I’m not the best person to advise other people…still seeking the right path…

I gained a lot of weight….maybe up to 30kg

Sungai Nibong (somewhere near Tapak Pesta Pulau Pinang). Akan pindah pegi Sungai Petani in 2010

Dah kahwin 5 tahun, anak 2, boy 4 thn, girl 1.5thn……..my wife grad from Tennessee ….. budak MRSM

Rasanya bertambah hensem la kot, coz sekarang ni aku pakai braces……
